Service was friendly and prompt. I only had a small issue but they were able to address it very quickly. If I were to ever need collision services again I would absolutely come back!

I’m the type to detail my cars weekly, but my headlights were driving me crazy with the scaling that was developing. Cloninger Collision Center performed excellent service on our 2025 Audi A6 including body damage and paint repair from our accident. Heather Brown excelled at her customer service role providing support during and after the repair and guiding us through the process. The company has a great asset in Ms. Brown and she should be recognized for her outstanding performance.

Dustin Hill and his crew are the best. If you need your car repaired in anyway this is the place to take it. I had issues with spider scratches and other scratches caused by the salt during our winter and Dustin and his group were the only ones that were able to take care of it and get rid of all of those scratches. I had my car worked on a while back at Cloninger Collision through my insurance. I had noticed some issues emerged from some of that work done. I assumed it was nothing that could be done because of the time that had gone by. I was thrilled when I found out that their lifetime warranty covered my concerns. Nathan and staff were very courteous and made sure my car was squared away. I definitely recommend their services for your car body repair and painting needs!

My paint has been chipping for months. Called them up, the immediately jumped in, got me scheduled an appointment to come in and drop my car off, and got me into a rental. I recently needed a repair for damage to a front bumper. The work was completed days before it was expected to be finished. The bumper looks great. The staff also was exceptionally friendly and delivered above what had been promised.

As I see it,the truck bed looks good. I got my truck back the same day and I am pleased. I hope the material is durable and will last for years. Thank you Collision Center team members.
